Report an Error

Reporting an error is the single most useful thing you can do for the next person who reads the page. It takes a minute, it is free, and we act on every report.
Pick what went wrong
These open your email app with the subject and a short template already filled in. Delete anything that does not apply.
What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can verify and fix it without coming back to you:
- The page — paste the URL, or name the listing.
- What looks wrong, as it appears to you — the figure, the label, the link.
- What it should be, and where you saw that. A link to the seller’s page or a screenshot is the gold standard.
- Your country or region — prices, taxes and fees are regional, so a figure that is wrong for you may be right for someone else. This is the detail most often missing.
- When you saw it. Prices move; the timestamp matters.
What happens next
- We acknowledge, normally within one working day.
- We check the source directly — the seller or primary source, not just our own stored copy.
- We look for the cause, not just the symptom. If a bad feed or a broken conversion caused it, we find every other figure it touched.
- We fix and re-date it, with a revised confidence grade where relevant.

Report something else
An accessibility barrier — something you cannot use with a keyboard, a screen reader or at high zoom: please see the Accessibility Statement. We treat these as bugs, not suggestions.
A security vulnerability — please do not use this route. Use responsible disclosure and email security@truetotalcalculator.com, so the details are not exposed while we fix it.

If you are the seller
Corrections about your own products are welcome and are treated exactly like any other report. Two things this route cannot do: change a ranking position, or remove an accurate but unflattering cost. Correcting a fact is always welcome; deleting a true one is not a correction. See Editorial Standards.
What we do with your report
We use it to fix the data and keep a record of the correction. We do not publish your name or email without asking, we do not add you to any mailing list, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time — User Content Policy and Privacy Policy.
